If you are ever able to visit Disney in the Springtime, be sure to check the schedule for the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival. On any normal day in Epcot, the landscaping is beautiful, but during the festival, it is UNREAL.

After exploring the flowers, we stopped in cherry old England at the Rose and Crown Pub! My favorite drink - thanks to our friend Stephanie, aka Plain Chicken - is the Cider and Black. An "adult" apple cider ale with black currant juice. Hits the spot on a hot day (or a cold one - it's delicious any time)! You'll also find some traditional English food at this English Pub - Fish and Chips and a Scotch Egg were just a couple of the things we tried! They also have "bangers and mash" for the more adventurous!
